After lunch transfer to Lake Garda – the largest of Italy’s Alpine lakes, on whose shores are carved villages and small towns, each with its own beauty and natural light. Situated in the north between the regions of Trentino, Veneto and Lombardy, it was part of Austria-Hungary until 1918 and has been the scene of many episodes in Italian history.

Sirmione – an ancient city, the first traces of human presence of which date back to 5-6 BC, was probably a favorite resort of wealthy families of Verona, the main Roman city in northeastern Italy. In the late Roman period, it became a defensive point on the southern shore of the lake. One of its main calling cards is Scaliger Castle in Sirmione, Dating back to the 13th century, it was a fortified port used by the Scaligeri. The Castello, the heart of Sirmione, offers something for everyone, from magnificent beaches – the lake beach, of course! – to delicious restaurants, fabulous gelaterias and wonderful scenery.

It's like a dream!
